ORDERING INFORMATON

New customers can order using Visa, Mastercard, Check in advance, or Bank Transfer. Net terms can be applied for, but in most cases 2 orders with the above mentioned terms are required prior to processing the application.

Credit customers are offered 2%/10 Net 30. Other terms and conditions may applay on an account by account basis. Verbal purchase orders will be accepted unless Metro Fluid Power is notified in writing that a faxed or emailed hard copy purchase order is required.

All invoices are faxed, unless otherwise specified by customer.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Metro Fluid Power warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured and sold by Metro Fluid Power shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty assumes that the products will be properly installed and used under normal and rated operating conditions.

All units are fully tested to OEM pressure and flow/torque specifications prior to shipment.

This limited warranty shall remain in effect for 2 years from date of purchace on Remanufactured items and 1 year from date of purchase on New OEM or New Aftermarket products. If purchaser claims that a product violates such warranty, Metro Fluid Power obligation shall ( at it's option ) repair, replace, or refund the price of any product which is proved to violate this warranty.

Disassembly or modification of any assembly or component will void the warranty, unless advanced written authorization is acquired from Metro Fluid Power.

Metro Fluid Power shall not be liable to the purchaser for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes any loss of profit or revenue.

All products returned to for warranty consideration must be freight prepaid. A RGA number must be obtained in advance of retunred for warranty. Units covered under warranty will be returned UPS Ground or equvilent, at the descresion of Metro Fluid Power. Air shipments or rush fees will not be covered.

If a replacement unit is requested in advance, and returned unit is not covered under warranty, customer is responsible for purchase of both units unless other terms are given on a case by case basis.

CORE CHARGES

Credit Cart Customers -

Your credit card will be charged the exchange price, plus freight charges upon shipment. Core must be returned within 30 days of order complete and assembled freight prepaid. Please include the packing slip inside the box. If the core is not returned within 30 days, original credit card will be charged without advanced notice.

Net Term Customers -

Cores must be returned within 30 days of order complete, assembled, and freight prepaid. Invoice for core charge is effective the date of originial shipment, thus if core is not recived within 30 days Core Charge reverts to date of original purchase.

Bank Transfer / Check in Advance Customers -

Core charge is to be paid in full in advance of shipment. Core can be returned within 30 days, upon recipt of core customer will be contacted via fax and given choice of credit to account or returned check. Credit Memo/Check will then be issued within 2 business days.
